Design Build
Design/Build is the comprehensive management of every aspect of a project from conception to completion. Based on your requirements, T.R. Hinan Contractors will prepare construction plans and estimates. Together these documents provide you with realistic costs and time frames for the design, construction and occupancy stages of your project. The process ensures that financing and other considerations can be arranged prior to the project proceeding. Upon completion of working drawings, competitive bids are solicited from subcontractors and suppliers. After analysis, a firm price is presented to you for evaluation and approval to commence with on-site construction to completion.
Project Management
Project design, approvals and construction can be “fast tracked” by our Project and Construction Management methods, decreasing the overall time for the owner to occupy its facilities. This ultimately saves costs. T.R. Hinan Contractors will provide a “not to exceed budget” early in the design stage and upon completion of the design and tender stages, will enter into a construction management contract for the entire project.
